Clothes Swap Guidelines:

  • The event will be held from 12.30pm – 6.30pm on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th September 2024 at Livat Hammersmith

  • The event will be run on a first come first served basis.

  • Participants should bring their own shopping bags: bags will not be available at the event.

  • There will be no changing rooms at the event and participants must not change in public. To participate in the ‘clothes swap’ participants must donate up to six items of clothing to the event.

  • For every one item participants donate, they will receive one ‘swapped’ item.

  • Donations of over six items of clothing will not be accepted.

  • All clothes donations must be in clean and wearable condition.

  • Only adult clothing will be accepted.

  • The event organisers reserve the right to refuse donations they deem to be in an unacceptable condition.

  • Participants are encouraged to wash their new items before wear.

  • At the event organisers' discretion, individuals may participate in the event without bringing clothes if they instead make a donation of an agreed amount to the organisers’ charity partner of choice.

  • Except as laid out above, no purchase or payment of any form is required for entry into the event, though donations to a charity partner of our choice are greatly appreciated.
