The ‘Win 2 VIP Benson Boone Tickets at The O2’ promotion is open to all visitors aged 18+ at Livat Hammersmith, King Street, London, W6 9HW, between 25 September and 21 October (the “Promotional Period”).
To enter, participants must spend £20 or more in IKEA Hammersmith at Livat during the Promotional Period (25 September and 21 October) and subscribe to the Livat newsletter at www.livat.com/hammersmith/en.
Participants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase. The selected winner will be required to provide evidence of a qualifying purchase (£20 or more in IKEA Hammersmith during the Promotional Period) in order to claim the prize.

Win 2 VIP Benson Boone Tickets at the O2 promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Livat customers, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
To enter, participants must spend £20 or more in IKEA Hammersmith at Livat during the Promotional Period (25 September and 21 October) and subscribe to the Livat newsletter at www.livat.com/hammersmith/en.
Participants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase. The selected winner will be required to provide evidence of a qualifying purchase (£20 or more in IKEA Hammersmith during the Promotional Period) in order to claim the prize.
Purchases can occur at any time throughout the promotional period. IKEA Hammersmith opening hours are Monday – Saturday: 10am to 8pm, Sunday: 11am – 5pm.
The activity is at the centre’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the promotional period.
Only customers who officially participate in the Promotion at IKEA Hammersmith, at Livat Hammersmith are eligible to win a Prize. Multiple entries are not permitted. Each participant is entitled to
one entry only.
A total of one prize is available during the Promotional Period, consisting of:
2x VIP tickets to Benson Boone including lounge access and refreshment at The O2 London on Monday 3rd
November, with doors opening at 6.30pm.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The date of the prize can also not be changed. The tickets are for 3rd November.
Winner Notification & Ticket Delivery
The winner will be selected at random and notified by email on 23rd October
To accept the prize, the winner must confirm their email address.
Tickets will be delivered via email 2–4 days before the event on 3rd November to the confirmed email address. Please note: the 2–4 day ticket delivery window is determined by Seat Unique, the official ticket provider, and is outside of Livat’s control.
Livat will confirm once tickets have been sent and send confirmation to the winner. If tickets are not received within this timeframe, the winner must contact Livat immediately on [email protected].
Once received, the winner is responsible for managing their tickets.
For ticket-related issues, the winner must check the Seat Unique FAQs or contact Seat Unique directly at
[email protected] or +44 (0)208 706 0164, as tickets are purchased through them.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity. Any related entrants will also be disqualified, and Prize eligibility forfeited.
The Promoter may disqualify individuals who use the Promotion inappropriately, including but not limited to: collusion, manipulation, or any activity deemed to provide an unfair advantage.
The Promoter shall not be liable (in contract, tort, including negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
English law governs this Promotion and these terms and conditions, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
