Colour Analysis Stylist Consultation – Event Terms and Conditions
THE PROMOTER
The promoter of this activity is Livat Hammersmith, Kings Street, London, W6 9HW (the “Promoter”).
THE ACTIVITY
The Promoter is offering complimentary colour and styling consultation sessions (the “Consultations”) as part of the Walk-In Wardrobe activation.
The Consultations are provided for entertainment and general styling guidance only and are separate from the Walk-In to Win competition. Participation in a Consultation does not constitute entry into any prize draw.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
EVENT DATES, TIMES AND LOCATION
Consultations will take place on:
Saturday 7 March 2026 • Sunday 8 March 2026
Between: 11:00am – 3:00pm daily
Location: Walk-In Wardrobe event space, Livat Atrium, outside the IKEA entrance at Livat Hammersmith
Each session will last approximately 15 minutes, with four (4) sessions available per hour between 11am and 3pm.
Sessions will be held on the Saturday 7and Sunday 8 March only. Session times will be held at: 11am, 11:15am, 11:30am, 11:45am, 12 midday, 12:15pm, 12:30pm, 12:45pm, 1:00pm, 1:15pm, 1:30pm, 1:45pm, 2:00pm, 2:15pm, 2:30pm and the final session will be held at 2:45pm.
Daily capacity is limited and subject to availability.
HOW TO BOOK
Participants may book a Consultation: in advance via the Livat website booking page: https://www.livat.com/hammersmith/en or on the day at the event location, subject to availability.
Bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only one (1) session per person is permitted.
The Promoter does not guarantee availability of appointments and reserves the right to close bookings once capacity is reached.
ATTENDANCE
Participants must: arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time; check in with event staff on arrival; and follow all instructions given by staff.
Late arrivals may forfeit their appointment at the Promoter’s discretion.
Missed, cancelled or forfeited sessions: cannot be transferred, exchanged or rescheduled; have no cash value; and no alternative will be offered.
ELIGIBILITY
Consultations are open to visitors aged 18 years or over.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation where: capacity has been reached; health and safety concerns arise; or behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
NATURE OF SERVICE
Consultations:
provide general colour and personal styling guidance only; are subjective and based on personal preference; are not professional, medical, dermatological, therapeutic or psychological advice; and do not guarantee any specific outcome or result.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions following the Consultation.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Photography and/or filming may take place during the activity for marketing and promotional purposes.
By attending, participants consent to incidental inclusion in such content. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should notify a member of staff on arrival.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participation in the Consultations is at the participant’s own risk.
As far as permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, dissatisfaction or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in the activity.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right to:
• amend timings or session formats; • substitute stylists or staff; • modify or cancel bookings; • suspend or withdraw the activity at any time; or • refuse participation where necessary for operational, safety or unforeseen reasons.
The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the activity.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
