1. Portobello Radio Livat Sunglass Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
2. Summary of Terms and Conditions:
- Promoter: Livat Hammersmith (the “Promoter”)
- Open to UK citizens
Competition to be announced on Portobello Radio’s show on 02.08.2024 between 4pm - 6pm.
- Competition entry via Portobello Radio branded stall at Livat Meeting Place on 03.08.2024 between 10am and 2pm (the “Competition Live Dates”)
Participants collecting the sunglasses are required to say the Swedish word "sommar" to collect their branded sunglasses and provide their details to enter the draw for a chance to win a £1000 holiday voucher.
Sunglasses are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, participants can still enter the competition after the sunglasses have gone by saying the word "sommar"
- No purchase necessary.
- The winner of the Prize Draw (the “Winner”) will receive a £1000 holiday voucher
3. Full Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):
1 HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
1.1 The Portobello Radio Livat Sunglass Giveaway (the "Competition") is open to all Livat Hammersmith Meeting Place customers, and excludes the employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone involved in the operation or administration of the Competition.
1.2 The Competition will operate on the Competition Live Dates during Livat Hammersmith opening hours (opening hours can be found at www.livat.com/hammersmith).
1.3 The competition will be announced on Portobello Radio's show between 4 pm - 6 pm on 02.08.2024. To enter the competition, participants must visit Livat Hammersmith on Saturday between 10 am - 2 pm. Participants must collect a pair of branded sunglasses from the stall located in the meeting place. Upon collecting the sunglasses, participants will be greeted at the stall to enter the draw for a chance to win a £1000 holiday voucher.
1.4 The Competition will end at 2pm on 03.08.2024.
1.5 The Winner will be selected on 08.08.2024 at random (the “Winner”) from all qualifying entries and will be contacted via the email provided at the time of entry.
1.6 The Winner will have one (1) week to respond or an alternative Winner will be selected at random.
1.7 The Winner will receive a £1000 holiday voucher.
2 ELIGIBILITY
2.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway
2.2 Multiple entries are not permitted.
2.3 There will be a total of one (1) Prize to be won over the Competition Live Dates.
2.4 Participants are required to say the Swedish word "sommar" on arrival at the stall as part of the collection process to enter the competition
2.5 Participants must provide all contact details via the tablet at the stall to be entered into the competition draw.
3 THE PRIZE
3.1 The Prize available to win will be: a £1000 holiday voucher
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
The prize will be sent to the email address supplied by the winner and will be sent digitally. The prize can only be sent to a UK citizen and will be sent within one month of the winner accepting the prize
The decision of the Promoter of an independent judge (as applicable) is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition, and no correspondence will be entered into on the matter.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4 DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
4.1 By entering the Competition, you consent to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Competition.
4.2 If you are a Winner of the giveaway, you agree that the Promoter may use your name to announce the Winner and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
4.3 By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the Competition and the Prize Draw.
4.4 By entering the Competition, you consent to your data being added to Livat’s database for marketing purposes, including receiving a digital newsletter.
4.5 You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter. You can view the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at: https://www.livat.com/hammersmith/privacy.
5 GENERAL
5.1 If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any Participant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that Participant and any related Participants and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
5.2 The Promoter may disqualify any Participant using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate in its sole discretion (including without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the Participant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other Participants).
5.3 The Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in the Competition. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
5.4 Our failure to enforce any term of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond our control and award the Prize from among all eligible Participants prior to cancellation.
5.5 We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, incorrect, or inaccurate entry forms whether caused by the Participantsor by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entry forms.
5.6 By participating in this tCompetition, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
5.7 English law governs the Competition and the Terms, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
