Livat Gift Card Promotion – Terms and Conditions
Summary of Terms and Conditions:
- Promoter: Livat Hammersmith (the “Promoter”)
- Open to UK citizens aged 18 and over
- Enter at the Livat Hammersmith Meeting Place
Participants will be given the opportunity to receive a five pound (£5) Livat gift card (The “Prize”) by showing a valid Livat retailer store receipt for a minimum value of £20 dated 21.11.2024 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
- There will be one hundred (100) Livat Gift Cards to be claimed during the Promotion live times.
Full Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):
1. HOW TO CLAIM A LIVAT GIFT CARD
1.1 The opportunity to claim a £5 Gift card (the "Promotion") is open to all Livat Hammersmith Meeting Place customers, and excludes the employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone involved in the operation or administration of the Promotion.
1.2 Promotion Live Dates: 21.11.2024 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
For a chance to claim a £5 Livat Gift Card, participants must show a member of Livat staff located at a counter in the Livat atrium, a valid receipt for a minimum value of £20 dated 21 November between 6:00pm and 8:00pm.
1.4 Only one (1) Livat Gift Card will be available per person, irrespective of the value of the receipt.
1.5 The Prize Draw will end at 8.00pm on 21.11.2024 and no further entries will be accepted.
1.6 One (1) £5 Livat Gift Card will be handed to validated participants immediately. The receipt used to claim the Gift Card will be marked by the staff once validated.
2 ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To enter a purchase must be made at any Livat retailer on 21.11.2024 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm for a minimum value of £20 and a receipt presented in order to claim a Gift Card.
2.2 Multiple entries are not permitted.
3 THE PRIZE
3.1 The Prize available to win will be: one hundred (100) x five pound (£5) Livat Gift Cards.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
The Prize will be handed to the participant immediately on site and cannot be claimed at a later date or sent out post event.
The decision of the Promoter of an independent judge (as applicable) is final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into on the matter.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4 GENERAL
If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any Participant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that Participant and any related Participants and the eligibility to claim the Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter may disqualify any Participant using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate in its sole discretion (including without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the Participant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other Participants).
The Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in the Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Our failure to enforce any term of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond our control and award the Prize from among all eligible Participants prior to cancellation.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
English law governs the Promotion and the Terms, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
