Livat Sunglass Giveaway – Tennis Tombola – Terms and Conditions

Summary of Terms and Conditions:

• Promoter: Livat Hammersmith (the “Promoter”)

• Open to UK citizens aged sixteen (16) and above

• Competition be held in Lyric Square outside Livat Hammersmith in a branded space

• Competition live on four (4) x days: 10.08.24, 17.08.24, 24.08.24, 31.08.24 between 10am and 4pm (the “Competition Live Dates”)

• Participants must pull a tennis ball branded with the Livat logo on it from the ‘Tennis Tombola’ activity in order to win a pair of sports sunglasses.

• Winners must take the branded tennis ball to the branded pop-up in Livat Hammersmith in order to claim their Prize.

• There are 100 Prizes to be won in total.

• No purchase necessary.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

• The Livat Sunglass Giveaway – Tennis Tombola (the "Competition") is open to everyone aged sixteen (16) and above, and excludes the employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone involved in the operation or administration of the Competition.

• The Competition will operate on the Competition Live Dates: 10.08.24, 17.08.24, 24.08.24, 31.08.24 between 10.00am and 4.00pm

• To enter the competition, participants must visit the Livat pop up stand on Lyric Square Hammersmith (outside the Livat Meeting Place) on the Competition Live Dates during the live times. Participants must enter the Tennis Tombola and pull a tennis ball out of the branded bin. To win a pair of sports sunglasses, the ball pulled out must have the Livat logo printed on it. Winners must take the winning ball into to Livat Meeting place to collect a pair of branded sunglasses from the stall located in the atrium.

• The Winner will be selected on 31.08.2024 at random (the “Winner”) from all qualifying entries and will be contacted via the email provided at the time of entry.

• There are one hundred (100) pairs of sports sunglasses to be won over the four (4) x Competition Live Days.

ELIGIBILITY

• No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition

• Multiple entries are not permitted.

• There will be a total of one hundred (100) Prize to be won over the Competition Live Dates.

• Participants are required to show the tennis ball with the Livat logo on it to the representative at the stand to be given the Prize

THE PRIZE

• The Prize available to win will be: 100 x pairs of yellow SkiStar sports sunglasses as shown on the communication

• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

• The prize must be collected during the Competition Live Times from the stand in the Livat Meeting Place.

• The decision of the Promoter of an independent judge (as applicable) is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition, and no correspondence will be entered into on the matter.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

• By entering the Competition, you consent to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Competition.

• If you are a Winner of the giveaway, you agree that the Promoter may use your name to announce the Winner and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

• By entering the giveaway, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the Competition

GENERAL

• If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any Participant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that Participant and any related Participants and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.

• The Promoter may disqualify any Participant using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate in its sole discretion (including without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the Participant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other Participants).

• The Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in the Competition. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

• Our failure to enforce any term of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond our control and award the Prize from among all eligible Participants prior to cancellation.

• We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, incorrect, or inaccurate entry forms whether caused by the Participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entry forms.

• By participating in this Competition, you agree to be bound by the Terms.

• English law governs the Competition and the Terms, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
